The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, February 24 reveals Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will make a bold move on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Also coming up, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will disown Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will get alarming news. And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will needle Victor.
Y&R spoilers tease Jack will see Victor walking into the GCAC. He’ll say he hasn’t seen him in a while and ask if he headed south with the rest of the snowbirds. “Tell me, how’s it feel to be retired?” Nikki will walk in and Jack will tell Victor good luck filling his day.
When Jack walks away to join Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), Nikki will ask her husband where he’s been. All he’ll say is he was taking care of something and to trust him. “We’ll just say I gave Cane Ashby a few incentives.” Then he’ll raise his glass and they’ll toast.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Diane Confronts Nikki In The GCAC Ladies Room
Over at the bar, Jack will get a call and Diane will follow Nikki to the ladies room. Diane will say she’s surprised to see her and Victor out on the town after the catastrophic loss of Newman and Chancellor. Nikki will ask why she’s really there and Diane will tell her to find another shoulder to cry on besides her husband.
Nikki will ask why she’s so threatened and tell her she’s insecure. Diane will say she’s constantly playing damsel in distress. “Oh, and that lip color, not one of Jabot’s best,” Nikki will tell Diane, as she walks out.
Victor will get a call and he and Nikki will leave. They’ll return home and find Nick waiting for them. He’ll ask his father if he got the company back. But Victor will say it concerns Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). “The judge who was hearing the case against Matt threw it out.” Victor will say it means Matt Clark is free.
Meanwhile, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will walk into Crimson Lights as Daniel is playing guitar. They’ll discuss her conversation with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). “I could see that she needs me and I just wanted to reach out and take her into my arms and tell her everything is gonna be okay,” she’ll add. “But she just shut me down.”
Daniel will say he’s sorry, it must have been hard for her. Then Phyllis will walk in and tell her son she’ll never forgive him. She’ll say Summer wouldn’t even let her in the door. “Why would you want to sabotage me to your sister?” Phyllis will ask. But Daniel will say she sabotaged Summer’s legacy.
“You and Nick got in her head and made her think I did all of these horrible things,” Phyllis will tell her son. “Do you really think you’re going to get away with that? No way in hell, Daniel.” Daniel will try to leave with Tessa and Phyllis will ask how long he’s been out of a job.

“You could work with me, have any job you want, be your own boss,” she’ll tell her son. He’ll remind her that he told her from the start that if she went through with her plan, she would lose him and Summer. “You have gone too far, I am done.”
At Society, Victoria will tell Nate she was going to go to Milan to talk to Summer. But she was hoping her brother would come with her. “Unfortunately Nick is not very keen on coming between his daughter and her mother.”
When she describes her plan to get Newman back, Nate will say he’s got a question for her and hopes she doesn’t take it the wrong way. “I want this to work out for you but if things don’t go go plan, what are some other options for you?”
Victoria will tell him failure is not an option. She wants to preserve her father’s legacy. However, she’s upset because she used to be her father’s right hand but now it’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). So, she wants to be the one to return the company to Victor.
Finally, Nate will tell Victoria she’s brilliant and talented. “That’s why I want you to think of what a reinvention of Victoria Newman might look like.” They’ll walk outside together and Victoria will thank him. “Well, I care about your future,” he’ll reply. “And you.” Then he’ll kiss her.
